Kintu
« on: June 29, 2010, 09:56 PM »
After a very long wait i am going to pick up my new pup that I've named Kintu in a few days!

The breeder I wanted to go to originally still hasn't become pregnant so I think i've made the right choice is moving else where.

Traveld down to view the pups the other week and managed to get pick of the litter, so Im very happy! the crowns on his ridge are not in line but i am still happy with him.

Here are some pictures of the pups ( I've got mr orange ) and the farther. Will update more pictures when they come.

The farther just had his 10th birthday!

He's adorable!  Obviously he likes carpets!  What is it about rugs and orientals in particular that puppies just love.

It's very dangerous posting puppy pictures around here. Tends to put people in " I want another puppy ! " mode. Way too cute. Best of luck. Keep the pics coming.....

so right about that Vince....gotta shake it...be strong....no.....

Kintu is a lovely puppy...and I think he resembles his dad, at least right now.
What a lucky little guy to have been chosen by you.

Haha thanks. I'm quite fond of The Beatles.

At first Kiah ( the bulldog ) was playing a bit ruff but she has gotten used to him being around now. Still a little jealous sometimes with toys as you can see.

Here are some pictures I took while helping a mate move some stuff and some from today around some ducks.

I am quite happy the way Kintu is growing up. there is a god park down the road from me he gets to play in, around 10 dogs a day and even two Ridgebacks from time to time.

He is still quite reserved with the larger dogs but is becoming more and more confident each day.

Here is a couple of pictures of him under my desk while i work on a rainy day.

He just keeps on growing! I hope he doesn't get too big as I don't want him to have hip/joint problems but he is already 27kgs! Kintu at 4 and a half months.

Very nice looking puppy!  He may be carrying just a little too much weight which makes him look bigger, but I don't think he is any bigger than Misha who is now 5 months; in fact I think Misha's legs are longer.  But then perhaps both puppies are on track to being big dogs! :(

he appears to be a larger framed dog..therefore he will probably be larger.
Excessive weight can cause problems with joints...and other problems too.
