Hot Bunns
« on: March 11, 2010, 03:08 PM »
I was sitting on a heating pad for a screwed up back, got up for a drink and this is what I found when I got back. This dog cracks me up.

That is cute.  We have one of those space heaters that look like a little satellite dish and both dogs will lie or sit as close as a few inches away from it, especially their faces.  I have felt their faces when they are laying there and can't understand how they can stand it.

Same here. Kona squeezes into a spot next to the bed more fitted for a beagle just to lay next to the heat vent.

With Sara it's warm belly that she aims for...
There's a floor vent just inside our front door that she has claimed as her own. She stretches out, belly down flat to the floor directly over it. Gives her the benefit of warmth plus she gets to control traffic at the front entrance.

No heat vents in this house, but two big iron ovens for wood.

Sometimes I can smell burned hair...
