This site is dedicated to current RR enthusiasts and those who are newly interested in the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed.
Our mission is to include all aspects of this wonderful and versatile breed. Therefore, our site is a collection of subjects that we feel encompasses the entire world of RR dogs, Activities, Education and Health. As you will see, it includes Showing in Conformation and Performance Events, Health and Genetics, Breeding, Training and General Discussion and Fun Topics.
Over the years we have noticed that most Chat Groups and Lists are a compilation of thoughts, disjointed email, jokes, new and old subjects, brags, discussion ranging from food allergies, point systems, show etiquette to flatulence and incontinence from alleged early spay/neuter.
We know there are many breeders/owners/vets/technical and performance people with knowledge that could be utilized if ONLY we could wade through the volume of posts that do not pertain to the subject we are looking for. In the hopes of providing the answers to problems, as well as channeling you to the topics that YOU ARE interested in, we have devised this discussion forum.
We encourage you to post, share your wins and brags, share with others some nifty new training device or tips, post some great doggie recipes, or just share what funny thing your RR did that day. There is a place for all aspects of how we live and love our dogs.
As a fledgling site, we will be changing and evolving to meet the needs of our members and hope you will find our site entertaining and useful.
There will be some rules that we will expect our members to follow, but for now we wanted to open the site as soon as possible.
